Why we exist
Most technology is designed for the person having their best day.
It assumes good eyesight, steady hands, a working memory, a password manager, and the patience to learn a new interface. That assumption quietly excludes the people who would benefit most — and leaves the burden with the family member or the aide standing next to them.
Care·Tech starts from the opposite end. We design for the hardest hour of the hardest day, for the person who cannot troubleshoot, and for the caregiver who does not have five spare minutes.
Quiet by default
No notifications competing for attention, no engagement loops, no dark patterns. Our products are judged by how little they demand.
Privacy as architecture
No cameras. No microphones. The safest data is the data that was never collected — a constraint we build into the hardware, not the policy page.

A managed television service for senior care, built with Memory Lane TV. Clinically curated content on a locked-down screen with no camera or microphone of its own — provisioned, deployed, and monitored by us, so communities need no on-site IT and families need no instructions.
Engage
Structured, failure-free activity — music and dance, themed trivia, and virtual walks. Sing-along and family video calls run from an iPhone brought into the room, and need an iCloud account and a paid Apple subscription.

Our delivery and management layer — device procurement, provisioning, kiosk lockdown, and onboarding. The engagement dashboard is roadmap, arriving Q4 2026.

How we work
Managed end to end, or it isn't finished.
Shipping software to a care setting and hoping someone maintains it is not a product. We take responsibility for the whole path — the device, the provisioning, the monitoring, the replacement when something fails at 2am.
- Hardware arrives configured. Staff plug it in; nothing else is asked of them.
- Devices are managed remotely and locked down — no drift, no stray installs, no sign-outs.
- Outbound connections only, on a single secure port — an architecture compliance teams can approve.
- If something breaks, a replacement ships. No support ticket queue, no call to IT.

Small, independent, and in it for the long stretch.
Care Tech Solutions LLC is a small, woman-owned technology company based in Chula Vista, California. We hold the intellectual property behind our products and build them with a deliberately narrow focus: care settings, and the people inside them.
Care is a long-horizon business. A resident may live with a product for years, and a facility will not tolerate a tool that changes every quarter. We build accordingly — slowly, durably, and with a strong preference for the boring choice that still works in five years.
